A French trained American Chef, whose career has spanned all aspects of the culinary arts. He was classically apprenticed at the 3 Star Micheline, Moulin Mougins, in France, under legendary Chef Roger Verge. Halloran has been at the helm of Boston’s infamous Locke Ober Café, Newport’s RI Clarke Cooke House and a host of other upscale dining restaurants on Nantucket and Cape Cod. He went on to teach operations classes at Cornell University’s, School of Hotel Administration, for ten years. Chef Brian’s path led to manufacturing, R&D for well-known global brands in seafood, fully cooked proteins and dairy products. His projects line retail shelves and FS account menus across the United States and Canada. Halloran lives on Jamestown RI with his wife Lori. (See vita-resume back page)
Lori Sullivan Halloran is a Native Newporter.
She handles all the sales & marketing for Butter Cuisine LLC.
She has decades of experience handling sales negotiations, her passion for sales, and expertise on the Butter Cuisine products is very apparent from the moment you listen to her finishing butter descriptions. Lori truly enjoys networking and marketing for Butter Cuisine
She lives in Jamestown, R.I.
With her husband Brian
Lori & Brian have 5 children & 6 grandchildren.
